My open house was such a fun event!  The excitement kept building as my guests moved through my displays and discovered each new product.  I'm so thankful and blessed to have such wonderful ladies in my life!  Here are a few pictures from the evening:

Final details

I'm putting the final details together for the idea book launch on Tuesday.  I haven't done this in quite a while and, while it's a lot of work, I didn't realize how much I love doing it.  The ideas are just crowding my brain and it's overwhelming but exciting trying to bring them all to life :)  I do hope I get a bunch of people to attend as I enjoy sharing my love of this craft with other like-minded crafters! 

Here is the last batch of cards I made using the PML sheet in the paper packs.  You get the instructions to recreate them free when you buy that particular set of paper.  It's always helpful to have a starting point when you get something new!

Rainy Days and Mondays

What a weekend!  Those of us in south Florida have been given a thorough drenching thanks to what is now Tropical Storm Gordon.  And those on the west coast and into Louisiana, etc. are in for it next.  Here's hoping it passes quickly and everyone is safe.

That being said, I've had plenty of time to craft since I was pretty much housebound!  In addition to my stamp of the month offer (free card kits), I'm also creating free files to make cards out of the PML card sheet that comes in our paper packs.  I rarely use them for scrapbooking and felt it was a waste.  So...I've been designing cards with them!  The offer is whenever you buy a paper pack, I'll send you a free digital file for the cards I made so you can make them, too.

Oh Happy Day!

It’s today!  The new idea book is live today!  You cannot imagine how happy I am to say that.  I’ve been keeping the contents secret since the beginning of July and it’s been killing me not to spill the beans.  I’ll admit, I went a bit overboard with my orders because I simply wanted everything.  All restraint went out the window.  Thank goodness I have nobody to answer to about my weakness for CTMH goodness 😊

Anyway, you can take a look at the online version of the idea book on my website (click that gorgeous picture on the left), or you can attend my open house on the 18^th and get a copy for your very own (and see a bunch of stuff in person)!  If you want to have the full extravaganza experience (projects, gifts and prizes), it’s just $10 in advance to attend.  If you’re okay with just coming to browse and have a snack, that’s okay, too.  Either way, I need to know if you’re going to be here so PLEASE RSVP as soon as you can!

More Magical layout

Even though I made several layouts the last time we had the Magical paper pack, I couldn't resist getting the one with updated colors.  I only made one layout from it so far but wondered what pictures to put on it.  This is the one I made...

Yes, they're from Adam's birthday which we just celebrated and, while his theme was Mickey and the Roadster Racers, it's really NOT Disney.  Just goes to show the versatility of the paper :)

The deadline to RVSP and prepay $10 for my idea book launch is September 3^rd (earlier is even better).   There will be no exceptions for late signups this time as I need to order supplies for the projects you’ll be making.  I really hope to see everyone on the big day, September 18^th.  Bring a friend and get a gift!
